oceanseagle12 Posted May 23, 2013 #1 Share Posted May 23, 2013 I asked this question in another thread about future cruise certificates, and did not get a response. Has anyone ever used existing OBC toward the purchase of a future cruise certificate, or know if it is allowed? For example, if you have $100 OBC and purchase a certificate, will the OBC be applied toward the purchase, making the net cost $50 (after the additional $100 credit)? It may not matter as I may spend my obc on other stuff, but traditionally I don't spend a great amount of money onboard, other than cash in the casino. :)
paulyjsob Posted May 23, 2013 #2 Share Posted May 23, 2013 Yes. You can use your OBC to buy the cruise reward voucher. So if you have $100 OBC, in the end the voucher will cost you $50.
skyfire53 Posted May 23, 2013 #3 Share Posted May 23, 2013 Yes, we did that on our last cruise with the HSN OBC that we had gotten. If you havent gotten the HSN this year, there is a thread about it...:)
