We have booked with Hertz originally we were told we would be picked up at the airport and then taken to the airport to collect our car. But due to being unable to get tickets for Pearl Harbour we have booked through NCL and will now be dropped off at the airport from them. I called Hertz to say we won't need the shuttle and they want to cancel my booking and rebook at a cost to me. Any advice would be great. Hi tried that it wont let us cancel on line and it costing about $50 to do it over the phone. I think I will just risk going to the airport after the tour and hope there is a car for us if not we can grab a cab. I use Thfirty Yeah I think I will be after this we have booked 6 cars with over the space of two weeks so not happy. Because they are all prepaid we would lose the money we have paid already.
