Denverite Posted June 15, 2013 #26 Share Posted June 15, 2013 These coupon books are no longer being given out at all ports for all cruise lines. You can check their web site to see if they will be given out for your sailing, and if not, order one online or download a PDF copy. http://www.destinationalaska.com/ Thank you! Great web site and some good maps! I wonder why Princess does not allow these to be given out? Perhaps they like to only recommend "their" chosen shopping destinations. libtrek Posted June 16, 2013 #30 Share Posted June 16, 2013 In Juneau, right on the docks, AJ Outlet (I think), had Ray Troll mugs. He's the Soho Coho artist in Ketchikan that does funny fish shirts. The mugs were only 1.99. BTW, a big caution. If you buy snow globes, be sure to put in checked luggage with the ulu knives. Will be taken away at security screening in hand carry bags. Donut23 Posted June 20, 2013 #31 Share Posted June 20, 2013 If you are in Anchorage over the weekend you will find anything you need at their open air market. Smoked salmon, Alaska pet treats, crafts, photographers plus food carts for everyone. We stumbled on it the first trip and it's a must do for every trip following! Located across from the Hilton. Alaska0799 Posted June 20, 2013 #33 Share Posted June 20, 2013 Ulu knives are great gifts, especially for those who enjoy cooking. You can find them in all the gift shops in every port. Just remember NOT to pack in your carry-on!
