QM2 email & internet connection in cabin

We are trying to find out what the charge is for internet access in your cabin on the QM2. Does anyone have experience bringing your own computer onto the ship? (We were charged $10 per day on Celebrity for internet access.)

Also, if you are using their interactive in cabin system on the ship, can you hook up to aol and use your own email address, or do you have to use the email address assigned to you by the ship (in cruise docs)?

Thanks for the answer to the email question - I wanted to find out that charge too since our kids are staying home with their grandparents - it will give us a way to keep in touch during the week without spending too much $$.
