shore excursions -snorkeling

we'll be on the Carnival Liberty, anyone use Shore Excursions for snorkeling. can't really find any Carnival excursions without going with a very large group. Shore offers a "Goff Caye Beach Break with Snorkeling" has anyone ever done this, or any other comments/advise. thanks

Belize is a tender port, a 20 minute trip. The ship's tours have priority boarding.

 

I used the ship's snorkel trip because they pick up at the ship.

The boat was full for the 25 minute trip,

but once at the island everyone spread out so there was no crowding.

Best of all I didn't have to worry about missing an independent tour.

 

I'll probably repeat in January.

FYI, Island Marketing offers a snorkeling trip to Goff's Cay which includes all the rum punch you can drink & there is food available on Goff's at a reasonable price including lobster tails grilled.

Take along your towel, sun lotion etc.
