I check the prices several times a day on our cruise...and ours dropped a couple of hours ago on our November cruise on the Fascination....this is about the 3rd or maybe 4th drop since we booked it....tonight it was only $20...but those $20 add up :)

So tell me.....what do you do when you see that the price has dropped? Call Carnival and request that price? I'm booked for December on Glory so I've got time to look for sure. Thanks

Go to Google and search for Carnival Early Saver Form and you cannot miss it. You need your booking number and a few other pieces if info. Tell them what you saw price wise compared to yours, where you saw it and when. Grab a print screen never hurts. You should here back in a biz day.

Good luck!

I make a screen print of the page showing the lower price and then I submit an early saver form. If you aren't booked early saver I think you have to call Carnival and get the adjustment if you haven't paid in full yet.

This is our 4th cruise booking early saver and it has really worked out to our advantage every time so far!:)

Well thanks for that info. I already booked and that was via telephone. I know that the very nice Carnival lady looked into all possibilities while I was on the phone with her. I booked 3 cabins for a total of 8 people and I think there were different ways to book the fares.

I guess I have to print out my break-down of everything and then go online and compare? It sounds like a lot of work but I'm up for it!

I've always booked trips on my own; this is the first time I've called to make the arrangements.

Our cruise just dropped again this afternoon! This time I decided to check the Fall & Winter Past Guest Rates...even though when I first pulled it up it looks like a higher amount....it showed free upgrades...so when I clicked on it and then clicked on the deck we were on ... it was actually cheaper! I put in the Early Saver form about 6:45 and just got the confirmation e-mail where it was approved!!!! So $20.00 on the 19th and $20.00 today...I am pretty happy:)

I am so glad I checked this forum tonight. I immediately pulled the PC out and went to Carnival and put "fare viewer" in the search engine to check current rates. Glad I did. I called the agent right up and got a price drop of $120 for my hubs and I. This is the second drop for us with a total of $160 savings! If ever in doubt, call Carnival and speak to an agent. They are always helpful! They will make sure you qualify and let u know your options. It never hurts to ask :)

I thought I was already at rock bottom !

I, too could not imagine my price drop any further than what we had. You never know and it's always worth checking out! Good for u!

This is the first I've heard of cruise fish. I'm checking it out, but am having difficulty figuring out how to set up alerts :(

Okay, so I went to set up alerts on Cruise Fish and they wanted to charge me for alerts. I just check the Carnival site from time to time and in the search engine I put "fare viewer". It's free that way.
