FCC question

On our last Carnival cruise we bought one FCC, right before the program was discontinued. I believe it expires in April of 2014.

 

Does the cruise have to be booked prior to that date or completed prior to that date?

 

We are likely booking a cruise for August of 2014 (our spring break lines up with Easter next year and its crazy expensive).

 

My 1st thought its it will be no good. If so, does anyone know how I get my money back?

My understanding is that the most recent (last) batch had a deadline of two years to book and three years to use the certificate. You may want to call to be sure, but that should be fine.

Your best bet would be to call, Carnival changes the rules on a daily basis.

Yes! I would call too and get name and record conversation if at all possible..
