Just back from Bermuda on Crown

It was wonderful. I'll write a review later.

 

I did forget to pick up a piece of luggage in the terminal.

Did anyone else ever do this? What are my chances of it being sent to me?

I tried calling but their hours are Monday thru Friday.

Happen to us once. We never even realized it till we got a call from the delivery outfit telling us when they were coming and how much it was costing. Close to $40 dollars. It was just a small carryon with a couple of beach towels in it.

it happened to me last Aug. 2004 when we got off the DAWN. We got the call and was told we can pick it up or they would send it to me, i choose to have it sent to me, $75 later it was at my door, a suitcase of dirty shirts and a towel :mad:

What got me mad was it was on the rack with the porters,we saw it but he must have dropped it to the ground and left it there.

You're right, the cruise to Bermuda was excellent! I'll write a review as well. It will be interesting to see your take on things since we were both there at the same time.

I did the same thing on the return Dawn 4/18. The terminal keeps if for few days to give you a chance to go and pick it up, then some recovery company picks it up and you have to have it sent to you with a COD charge. They did a nice job in packing the duffle bag in a box with stuffing and all. Cost was $60.

 

You have call the passenger terminal and ask for security and they will give you

the options. Good Luck!
