Shopping for handmade items in Ocho Rios

Where is a good place (fairly cheap) to buy handmade goods. Hoping for a market area like in Labadee. Last time we were taken to a gated area but only had t-shirts and stuff like that. Want some wood carved items, clothes, etc. Saw pictures somewhere that showed things like this, but didn't say where it was located. Also, what exactly does fern gully have? Want someplace close to port so taxi isn't too expensive.
