Irving Nature park or Rockland, which has easier trails to walk?

which park would be better for someone who can only walk short distances, Irving Nature Park or Rockland? How long a walk is it to the beach at Irving nature park. Thanks

The entrance to Irving Nature Park is at a beach. Its too cold to swim in. The trail at Irving nature park basically wraps the circumference of the park - and most of it is looking down hills and cliffs to the water without access to what's below (aside from a tidal marsh boardwalk). You can exit the trail at certain intervals onto the main dirt auto road in the park. The terrain is uneven forest paths with a few rocks to step over. The whole trail would be anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on your pace.

Rockwood Park is easier to walk and 5 minute drive from ship.
