Can anyone tell me if there is a smoking lounge or if there a specific area on the ship that smoking is allowed?

No indoor smoking permitted on any Celebrity ship. There are approximately four outdoor areas scattered about the ship, one of which permits cigar smoking. No smoking of any sort on balconies.
