wine prices

we're going on the celebration soon, and my other half loves his red wine... can someone let me know roughly what the prices are like per bottle.. many thanks in advance

They start at £17 per bottle, even if you are on the drinks package.

House Red is about £13 a bottle, the better stuff £17 upwards.

 

We got a good package in May, think it was 5 bottles that worked out about £13 each, and it was good stuff like Blossom Hill, Lancers Rose and castillo del diablo.

Not been on Celebration however on Spirit in June you could purchase various wine packages. We purchased a 4 bottle package which came with an extra bottle and 4 one and a half litre bottles of water either still or sparkling which we took back to the cabin and transferred into smaller bottles for excursions for £69.95.

That sounds like the Majesty wine package. There was a good selection of wines to choose from.

Just got back from the Fire & Ice on the Spirit. Have to say that the house wine by the glass is great value, though we did have a few bottles, all under £20. Some of them are patchy (like the sub-£5 bottles in the supermarket), but the French bubbly is rather drinkable, and the Rose D'Anjou is fine.
