Who was the hotel director and head chef on the Shadow?

Having just spoken to corporate on a totally unrelated matter, Martin Blanar is now the hotel director on the Shadow. We sailed with him on the Whisper and Spirit and he was very accommodating.

Internet information on Mr Helmut Huber seems to be mighty scarce on a Google search. Especially images and LinkedIn. Where are all those posted pix of him posing with passengers at Captain's receptions? Staff award ceremonies?

 

Perhaps someone has been busy with some electronic soap and a scrub brush ? We don't tweet or do Facebook here, so a quick, casual search may not have been complete.

On an absolutely tangential curiosity. In the UK any citizen has the power of "citizens arrest". Does the same concept exist in the US?
