Are we able to access the MY Account and what is on there? How are the excursions booked through PG?

Wasnt workin two months ago our TA had to book manually (fax) for us

Not sure if that function on the website has been restored; it hasn't worked for over a year now. We found it very easy to call about excursions- the folks you speak with were very knowledgable and we were able to "pre reserve" our excursions and then have them billed to our account using OBC once on board.

My TA call on Thurs. and booked my shore excursions for our Nov. 2 trip. I just gave her my list and she called them. Very easy and all done. See you then MrsSmith.
