Marseille shuttle bus question

Does anyone know if the new free shuttle offered by the City of Marseille at the port (1) is wheelchair accessible and (2) goes to the train station?

I rode the free bus and I believe it is wheelchair accessible as there is a space without seats. But I am not sure if it is a kneeling bus where you can easily Board the wheel chair. It does not take you to the train station. It just takes you right at the port entrance which is about a 5-min walk to the metro station.
