RCCL Allure / Oasis - Can I reserve Nursery Time Ahead?

I thought I read on the boards somewhere that on Allure and Oasis you are allowed to reserve up to 20 hours of nursery time ahead; and then once you are on board, on the 2nd day, if there are more hours available, they let you reserve additional hours.

However, I called RCCL today because I didn't see the option to pre-book my nursery time online and they told me I had to wait til I got onboard to reserve. Just wondering if this is correct if I just had an uninformed cruise agent on the phone.

You can book the first day you are on board.
