J C Bermond. Villefrance to Nice to St. Paul de vence

Trying to figure out what or where JC Bermond is. Is it a street a landmark. I think it's on the north perimeter of the old town but not sure exactly where. We plan on taking the 100 or 81 from octroi in villefrance to Nice. (Maybe tour the old town before or after St. Paul de vence.). Then take the 400 to St. Paul from J C Bermond.
