Miss JAD Posted October 7, 2013 #1 Share Posted October 7, 2013 I have a (1) week cruise booked on Celebrity for Feb and received the promotion where we picked the classic package. I booked over the phone with celebrity. When I was booking I asked to upgrade to the premium package at that time. The invoice received from Celebrity shows the premium beverage package and zero charge(which obviously should have the upgrade charge). When looking at the online reservation there isn't any beverage showing. Should I be concerned? I called back to ask something else about the reservation and a different girl stated that it would take a few weeks for the package to show up and that once I was onboard I would have to go and upgrade to premium.
