magnumcoog Posted July 8, 2005 #1 Share Posted July 8, 2005 Princess website now lists cruises through May 2007. I especially like Grand Princess new itinerary, full days in Belize, Roatan (Honduras), Cozumel, and Majuahal (sp).

pepper Posted July 11, 2005 #5 Share Posted July 11, 2005 I am so glad I found this thread. I had a hold on a Princess Grand booking and cancelled it after reading so many contrary reviews. It seems that 50% of the threads I was viewing had Belize shore excrusions cancelled due to arriving in Belize late because of any type of rough seas, wind, etc. Since there was only a 6-hour stay in Belize, many cruisers were unhappy with this, and I don't blame them. We basically were picking the Grand based on the intinerary and the fact that we wanted to try another cruise line. We sailed RCCL and loved it, but wanted to see what Princess was like. Now I believe I may call me TA and reserve the cruise after all. It seems Princess did listen to everyone when they suggested Belize should not be the first stop, and more time was needed. Great job! Thanks again for posting this info and I was looking at having settle for Legend of the Seas but I now have this lovely option. Hope we enjoy the Grand as much as we enjoyed the Serenade.....
