When I log-on it shows my booking number and how many days I have to go. When I choose details I get the screen that shows the itinerary....when I choose "modify booking" I get an error message. But, ONLY when I use the lap top. :eek: If I access the same info from the desk top it goes right through and I can see my cabin assignment and traveler's information. Well...I probably would not have tried another computer either...except that I got the laptop AFTER I had been occassionaly been checking in to the site from our desk top system. It's crazy....the two desk top systems that I use (home and work) access the site just fine. My laptop - and my son's - always get the error. Go figure :rolleyes: . I just thought will all of the great ideas and info here on the site that someone may have experienced the problem AND figured out how to fix it.
