The water is always warm though. I can't think of a time that it wasn't warm. I actually thought it was heated since it was warm.

Almost TOO warm!! That sun warms it up ALOT!! To the point where many times, it's not even refreshing! I would hate to feel them if they really were heated... ouch!!!

The pools are not heated and it would have been nice if they were. We just got back from our Canadian cruise on the Triumph and the pools were so cold. I only saw a couple kids in them maybe once or twice. The hot tubs were warm and everyone was in there.
