I don't like the front balcony or suite cabins either. You can't see sitting down and it sometimes gets way too windy. Glad you had a great time anyway!

Well...no. But that wasn't a priority of ours. Nor was hearing the ocean while we were in our cabin..so that may be why the forward suite was fine for us. We have stayed in rear facing suites on the CONSTELLATION and the SAPPHIRE PRINCESS, and while we enjoyed the size of the balcony, the feeling of not being able to see where we were going drove us crazy. Like sitting in those rear facing seats in the old station wagons.
