Question about Travel from Sensation

Hello everyone,

We have planned a trip in June for a short cruise then a week in Orlando at Disney. My question is what is the best way to get from the ship Cape Canaveral to Disney? The ship arrives back on a Sunday. Not sure if car rental locations will be open on Sunday..I thought about a Limo or car service. any and all suggestions will be much appreciated

I can tell you that we did it in reverse this past Summer. Disney first, then we drove a rental from Orlando to Port Canaveral. Such an easy, pleasant 40/45 minute drive. Hardly any traffic on a Sunday when we boarded the Sensation. We used Hertz and the experience was easy as 1,2,3. Yes use the link kcwingwalker provided. The Florida departures forum is where I got all of my ground transportation advice. Enjoy your entire trip!!

Car rental places will be open on a Sunday.

We use Avis .....they shuttle you to the port. Location is about 10 minutes from port.

We use Thrifty, they also have a shuttle. The earlier you reserve with them, the cheaper you can find the rates. I also check often and if I find something cheaper with them, I update my reservation.

I have used fltours multiple times.

It is town car service or van.

 

Up to 4 people in a town car about 150.

They will be waiting for you at port just give them a time
