Sabatini's Waiter on the Emerald

We sailed on the Emerald in February 2011 and went to Sabatini's for dinner and had the best waiter EVER! His name was Emil. We are sailing once again on the Emerald in February and are wondering if he is still there? He made us laugh until we were all crying and man could he ever sing! Has anyone seen him?

Emil is probably from Central Europe where waiters experience vigorous and lengthy training.
