Question about linking reservations

I booked an inside for myself husband and two children one 19. Recently I changed it to Two insides one for the kids and one for us. We lost all our shore excursions because of this. I am now wondering how I can go online and link our reservations so that we will be on the same excursions and same table at dinner, etc. I am mostly worried about our fishing trip considering only a maximum of six go on at a time. I want to make sure we are on the same charter. I see how I can link my credit card to their reservation but that is it. Any help would be appreciated.
