whynotsooner Posted November 14, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 14, 2013 I will be onboard the Royal Princes in December and would like to get some info on Remix(for the Royal or and Princess ship). I know on Royal they have the whole outdoor area but of people could share their experiences or post some of the remix Patters. sherryf Posted November 14, 2013 #2 Share Posted November 14, 2013 You can find the Remix schedules from our Alaskan cruise a couple of years ago here: http://s204.photobucket.com/user/cruisinmama06/library/Princess%20Patters?sort=3&page=1 The Shockwaves ones are first, then Remix further down. Obviously some things will be different due to itinerary, but it will give you some idea. My son was 15 on this cruise. He went the first night and made friends, then only went back to meet up with people or for a few good activities, such as the Casino Night. Mostly he hung out with his new friends in the buffet or sports court.

Mississippian Posted November 15, 2013 #4 Share Posted November 15, 2013 At age 13 my son absolutely loved Club Remix. He'll be 15 on our next cruise and I expect him to continue to love it. These kids are really all over the ship, which is as it should be. They just hang out some at Remix. They do have some really good events.
Antonintassie Posted November 15, 2013 #5 Share Posted November 15, 2013 Hi We travelled on the Royal for 12 days in Europe and the remix programme waS a huge let down my son who is 15 went once and was underwhelmed by the staff and the programme.Personally I think the 15 to 18 group on Princess get a very poor deal this age group specifically needs something for them as the remix program in its current format is lame and not suitable for older teens . In addition a number of staff and some passengers who should know better actively are obviously hostile to this age group .
