Excursions with teenagers

We are cruising on Carnival Splendor in March to Port Canaveral, Nassau, and Freeport. I am feeling overwhelmed with all the excursion discussions on the good and bad. Can someone please give me advice on the best things to do with two 15 year old boys at each of these ports. Thanks.

Nassau - Pirate Museum, Blue Lagoon Island, Segway Tour, Junkanoo Beach, Atlantis ($$$$)
