Scuba diving

Does anyone know of a reputable scuba diving shop in Belize? My husband and daughter have already gone with Sea Sports previously and would like to try someone else as they don't want to scuba at the same place as they did before. Is it possible that they could scuba at the blue hole and get back to the ship in time? I have read some reviews in which you can catch a flight and get back in time. We'll be on the Liberty of the Seas on Jan 6 from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Is it possible? If so, can you provide me the name of a scuba shop and the specifics on how to make this possible. Thanks!

My daughter and her husband are on their cruise right now and did scuba in Belize on Tues and they went thru Hugh Parkey Dive resort she said it was great and loved it.
