Transportation from Pan Pacific to Ballentyne pier

I have a reservation at Pan Pacific with the cruise package, which includes transportation to cruise piers. We were hoping that the Radiance of the Seas was going to be at Canada Place. When we checked the port Schedule, Radiance is at Ballentyne. Has anyone had the cruise package and transport to Ballentyne pier?

Tell me your experience? I guess we have to tip the driver?

We are on the same cruise..... I hope you checked out the price for a room at the Pan Pacific without the transfer because it's only a 5-10 minute cab ride to Ballantyne. It 's possible they will not send a bus but reimburse your taxi fare anyway.
