SailingDeanna Posted December 4, 2013 #1 Share Posted December 4, 2013 I am just curious. Many posts I have read state that if you book an excursion (scuba diving) through Royal Caribbean, that the dive operators pick you up directly from the ship. So you don't have to tender all the way into Belize. This would save a lot of hassle. I am just wondering if that has changed since all the increased security measures. All the posts I read about it are from several years ago. I'm so confused!
G.C Posted December 4, 2013 #2 Share Posted December 4, 2013 I have dive booked in Belize while on a Princess cruise in February and they said the operator will pick us up from the ship. So it`s still possible RC does the same thing.
wantocruisemore Posted December 4, 2013 #3 Share Posted December 4, 2013 If you book a ships excursion, they may pick up from ship. If it is private, you have to tender in.
Colorado Kat Posted December 9, 2013 #4 Share Posted December 9, 2013 A great savings in time if the dive operator picks you up on the ship. Only possibility would be a ship sponsored excursion.
