Turtle Farm and late arrival

If we go to Grand Cayman my family would be interested in going to the Turtle Farm. I read that there is a free shuttle that takes you to the farm at 8:30 and 9:45 with return times at 12:00 and 1:15. But one of the itineraries I'm looking at doesn't arrive in Grand Cayman until 10:00. This would be in Eastern standard time, since Carnival always remains on that. Is there a time difference in Grand Cayman that would still allow me to make the 9:45 time? I don't remember since we didn't do an excursion when we last went to Grand Cayman. I'd prefer to do the farm on my own rather than through the ship but if the time doesn't work out I may need to stick with the ship excursion.
