Crane Beach Hotel: Day Passes?

Anyone come back recently from Barbados and did the Crane Beach Hotel with Day Passses and can give me the latest scoop on it?

We did go to Crane beach for a very nice day.

 

We did not need a pass.:confused:

Last year the hotel charged us $35 / person for day passes that we could use toward food and beverage purchases on the premises.

 

This is no longer required?

Can you tell me how you made out with the day pass for the hotel? How does it work and do I email to reserve a pass?

We will be in Barbados April 23, and I emailed Crane Beach Resort to inquire about day passes. They replied to email them again in April (I first contacted them in early March) and they would let me know about Day Pass Status.
