Hotel cruise parking-Galveston?

Anyone have any opinions or advice on the Galveston area hotels offering free cruise parking & shuttle service? Pros/cons? Thanks!

There are only a few which offer shuttle service to the port for free, others charge if they even have it. All will call you a taxi which usually gets you there quicker anyway. Have cruised out of G town several times, always leaving my car at the hotel, never had an issue. I get hotels on Seawall Blvd.

We have used the Hilton on Seawall twice. LOVE it!

January 8th we are using The Holiday Inn on Seawall because we got a better price. San Luis is also a good choice, but they are a bit pricey.
