Can someone explain the New Menu's and Shared dining?

Hi,
I am anxiously awaiting my sailing on Ecstacy 12/30.

Just read some posts about shared dishes.

How does this work…family style?

My mom and I usually order an appetizer each and one for the middle
to share and same with entrees. How will this be affected.

Does everyone order their own dish? And they just put in middle with enough for everyone to try?

Anyone know how it works?:o

Don't think it will be on the Ectasy by 12/30. So far, just on Glory.

Ohhh, I was ambivalent and excited at the same time for something new:p

 

The day is here…..sooo excited. Off to WDW for a few days….then I pray some smooth sailing:D
