Royal Romance/Grand Cayman Wedding

I've read some reviews through Cruise Critic but they seem to be older and outdated. Has anyone used Royal Romance for their wedding recently particularly on Grand Cayman? If so, would you have any advice, tips or reviews.

 

My fiancé and I are sailing on Independence of the Seas 1/26/14 & getting married 1/28/14 on Grand Cayman. Any recommendations would be appreciated as we are about to start the final planning with the wedding coordinator.

I think on the MAIN message boards - scroll down and there is a wedding/honeymoon link page with hundreds of questions and answers.... maybe some with Royal specific.

Would love to know how your wedding went. Daughter is interested in same package next year but I've seen a lot of negative posts so I am wondering if we would be better off using someone in Grand Cayman rather than going through Royal Caribbean. Any thoughts? advice?
