Cayman fishing

There are some great fishing charter operators but they tend to troll offshore or near shore waters that are far too deep for good snorkeling. Depending upon season fishermen may catch tuna, wahoo, barracuda, snapper, or even occasional billfish.

 

They tend to discourage fishing on the reefs where the good snorkeling is. It is so easy to tangle lines or get hooks lodged in the coral causing damage to the reef.
