We will be going on Indy on the 18th also.

Agree with you about the l-o-n-g meals. That is the primary reason we avoid the pay for restaurants. We don't choose to make an "event" of eating. Just our opinion, of course...

 

We also do the specialty rest. for the same reason. Dont like spending 2.5 hrs waiting for what amounts to banquet for 2,000 food. Glad the OP had a good trip.

We ate at Giovani's Table the 1st night. It was $15. Food was good and plentiful. Didn't eat at Chops.

 

 

We ate at both and preferred Giovani's Table. IMO the steaks at Giovani's were better than Chops.
