Hi everyone, first post so nice to meet everyone!

We are looking at booking the NCL breakaway from New York to the Bahamas for new year 14/15 and will be taking our 4yo too. I have read VERY mixed reviews on the breakaway so I am hesitant to book at the minute.

Has anyone been on the breakaway? What are the kids facilities like (baby sitting, activities etc)

Also considering booking a suite in the haven, is it worth it? We have been on RCO several times before and always had a suite, how to the 'perks' compare?

Look forward to hearing from you soon

J xx

We did the breakaway last June to Bermuda with my then 8 and 11 year old. I thought the ship was overall a good experience. My eldest had the time of his life. Loved the ropes course and the water slides. Loved the kids club. My youngest didn't like the kids club she said it was too sports oriented. The watersides are really meant for a little older than your four yo but there is a small splash area and two decent sized pools.
