Prepaying gratuities-Q's

Recommended Posts

Does everyone in the room have to prepay? I have my children in a room with a non-relative adult. I would like to prepay theirs.

If I prepay, what does the onboard statement look like on day 2 when the gratuity charge typically hits? No charges?

Going thru a travel agent....do they take care of it for me, or is it part of the online check in process.

Thanks!

We went through a TA and I tried calling Carnival and my TA had to do it for me. Everything we did was prepaid and we had no problems. The service was FANTANSTIC!!! So of course we left way more for tips and such.

Everyone in the room has to pre pay or at least every time I call they give me a price for the entire cabin grats so I assume if a third or fourth passenger its the same as two.

Carnival usually will not have anything to do with you unless you book through them.Your travel agent will have to call on your behalf

Just tell your TA you want to pre pay the tips, and they will handle with CCL.
