Hi Gae hope you dont mind but could you get the saving certificate numbers I need for Rhapsody 28 th October and Radiance 13th December we have booked both and when I go in to try and get these codes no Australian ones come up but all the other ones are there strange:confused:so im hoping you or someone else maybe able to help me out.

I will check back for you. Please be aware though that not all cruises down under had Savings Certificates for them though we were allocated quite a lot on Oct 1. These are able to be used up to the end of this month.

Correction - the Savings Certificates won't have numbers but in any event C&A don't do the bookings. They are there to help C&A members but it is a C&A inspired saving (if that makes sense).

 

Pretty much all calls are now being diverted to Guatemala and in about a month's time all calls will be.

If that is the case, then it would certainly be MUCH easier without us having to remind the CSO that we are booking with that we are eligible for a Savings Certificate.

 

Yes, the last 3 times I've called RCI I've been patched through to the office in Guatamala! (SP?). One officer there told me that they have Aussies in the office teaching them our Australiaisims so they can better understand us. He said that initially he had lots of trouble with our accent but if we don't speak too fast, he's able to manage.

 

I noticed with the last CSO I spoke with that he had confused our "no worries" with "don't worry about it" as he kept repeating that phrase over and over! :confused:

 

I for one am happy with this change as the local RCI office was next to hopeless, IF & WHEN you finally got through to someone! :(
