Hi! Does anyone have photos or a list of the 2014 menus for the OASIS?

 

If so, please post them. Thank you!!!

 

We are sailing 4/5 and my husband had a heart attack last August. He emailed RC asking for a low salt diet. I am not sure if low sugar was an option but we've made major eating changes in our home.

 

Thank you for your help and time. Just trying to plan ahead. :)
