Question for Sea-Sea?

I actually sailed on QE2. However, I’m sure that QE2 and QM2 have similar "trimmings" to during the holidays. Even though we were sailing in the Caribbean, the ship’s atmosphere evoked the holiday sprit. QE2 was decorated throughout and in fact she had two wonderful displays of ginger bread villages. Santa paid a visit on Christmas morning for the children, which was so fun to watch. On Boxing Day, we had the surprise of sailing with QM2 for several hours in tandem, a rarity (sorry to say but this won't happen on your cruise as QE2 is in Europe for XMAS).

In regards to fellow passengers, everyone was friendly and seemed to be enjoying the cruise. On all evenings, passengers dressed really smart and elegant. The New Year’s ball was wonderful with the ship’s bell ringing at midnight.

Overall, we had a wonderful time and consider it to be the best Christmas and New Year we ever had.
