Sunshine dining questions

I am booked on the Sunshine 9/13/2014 and all of the different dining venues look so good. Can anyone tell me which venues have an additional fee and which ones don't?

Did transatlantic on sunshine and here is what I remember. Steak house $35.00, italian resturant dinner charge $ 12.00 ( during lunch it's free but different menu), JiJi's Asian resturant $???, bonsai sushi charge$?. Other places like blue iguana, guys burger... No charge. Enjoy.

I have never seen these fact sheets and info.... Its great!
