How Do Balcony Discounts Work? (for Platinum and higher)

New Platinum member here!

 

I looked on the Royal website and couldn't find this info. Is there a chart or something that shows how much the discounts will be? I understand it is based on length of cruise, if booked over 6 months out, room category, etc... but could not find exactly how much discount one would get.

 

Also, can the balcony discount be combined with the C&A Savings Certificates?
