Anyone know if Carnival offers anything like this? If not I say they should! I have now recruited 6 people that are avid Carnival cruisers who had NEVER cruised before and probably never would have without my prodding! Just like myself- I never even CONSIDERED cruisng until I met my husband. (thought it was just for boring old folks :rolleyes:)

There was a referral program in effect when I booked my March cruise. I get a 50.00 digital gift card(whatever that is) and my friends got 50.00 OBC.

they do a referrel program where you get gift cards you may use on your next cruise. The referrel folks must cruise first, have never sailed on Carnival, then you get the gift card via email. There are other considersations ask you PVP or call the general number.

I just qualified for the referral program too. My PVP brought it to my attention when I booked my May cruise and my friend called in to book as well. He even filled out all of the "paperwork" for us and all we have to do is remember to check in 2 weeks prior to sailing.

I just got an email this past week from Carnival. Friends of ours called our PVP to book with us for the fall and she must have went ahead and submitted paperwork. There are a couple of rules to follow, but in the end it should equal $50 for us AND $50 for our friends.
