Non 0871 number for booking cabin

Just booked a cruise and want to go with a specific cabin but would rather not pay for the 0871 number.

 

Has anyone got an alternative number please?

Yes I have looked there. Tried one which said it was for cruise bookings and seemed to take me through to Tui in Ireland but were closed.

 

I do have a number from about 2 years ago that got you straight through but was just ringing out.

 

They may of course be closed just now so will try tomorrow. Just wondered if anyone had used one of the numbers recently.

Just go to your Travel Agent or Thomson Shop and they will do it for you - again one of the advantages of using an agent.

I just rang my travel agents on a local call and asked them to find out what cabins were available in a certain area of the ship and they found out for me and then confirmed my choice with Thomson. Took about one hour.

We chose to book online this year as we never had a great deal of success last year with getting a better price than the online price. Best was to match it but didn't want to lose the price as it had just dropped quite a lot.

 

I think a Thomson shop would only phone for you if you had booked.

Just had our phone bill.

 

We were on for 14 minutes and it cost us £2.28:mad:

 

Another money making scheme...

 

When they phoned us asking if wanted an upgrade we said no but asked to book the cabin, they said they could not do that and we had to phone the premium number.
