They do have one as we were out on the pool deck and you could see the people involved parading through and yelling pub crawl and using some party favours. No, idea about the t-shirts though.

Every NCL ship I've been on has had a Pub Crawl.

 

They had a pub crawl on the Sun in November - no T-shirts. In my experience I've never seen them offered for the pub crawl.
