HELP not sure what to do independence or thomson majesty cruise and stay,

we have been on liberty of the seas and freedom of the seas in the past so wanted to go from southampton on the indy but the price is the same as thomson but thats all inclusive has any one done both of them so to speak:)

We used the Majesty last June, in our opinion it is the worst of the Thomson fleet - poor layout of ship in general, cabins not up to scratch, show lounge seating poor, having said that we had a great cruise - mainly due to the great itinerary, Adriatic.

No complaints other than the ship itself.

Been on both. Majesty wins hands down for us. Independence too big, nowhere to sit in the evenings, no late show, so if you are on late sitting for dinner you are supposed to go to the show before you eat :rolleyes::( Also drinks much more expensive on Indy. Also we had to go over the BOB :eek::eek: Force 9 gale when we were on and everyone was shut in until we got to the Canaries. We missed out on Madeira altogether.
