trinitybcpastor Posted February 14, 2014 #1 Share Posted February 14, 2014 We'll be in a pretty far forward inside cabin on the Lido Deck on the Magic. Should we be concerned about noise at all from the pool area, etc.? We're sailing while school will be in session in November.
missypriss19 Posted February 14, 2014 #2 Share Posted February 14, 2014 You should have no problem with noise since everyone is going in the opposite direction to get to the pool area. We have been in one of the cabins (4J) that are at the very front and never heard a thing. With that being said we did have a lot more movement there than any other room we have ever had. Mistyhon Posted February 14, 2014 #3 Share Posted February 14, 2014 Don't worry at all about the noise from the pool. We had a balcony (10265) and the only noise we heard was occasional music from the atrium. Perfect place to have a room IMO!
k2excursion Posted February 14, 2014 #4 Share Posted February 14, 2014 (edited) No problem at all. People who are closer to the pool area on lido deck (even just a few doors down) don't have any problem from pool area noise. We stayed on deck 11 in a spa room on the Magic, close to the elevators & atrium area. No noise from the pool area or even the atrium in our room. Just a tiny bit of foot traffic noise from the Cloud 9 reception area above the room, and from the creaking of the ship. Far forward rooms will feel a little more motion than those closer to midship.
