Beach within walking distance of the port?

Are there any beaches within walking distance of the port? Like 20-30 minutes walking distance max. We will have 2 car seat age kids with us and I don't really want to schlep seats with us off the boat so buses/taxis aren't an option.

 

Alternatively any excursions that only rely on boats that anyone knows of/recommends?

Brandons/Weisers Beach is within 10 to 15 minutes from the Bridgetown port. This beach however does not have much in the way of amenities but there is usually a life guard on duty.
